Eat and lose weight with right Calorie Shifting
The calorie shifting plan is an amazing and simple process for you to lose weight. In the following article I will explain the basics and how exactly this method works so you can understand and practice it.

What exactly the calorie shifting plan is? You don’t need great math knowledge to make your shifting plan. It’s a simple graphic for your organism to limit the calories you eat in a short period of time. Let’s take the next two days as example. In the first day you plan to consume 1700 calories, in the second 1200 calories. I’m sure you get that part so let’s continue to the basics and how this actually works.
The idea of the plan is not to starve you and it’s made to increase your metabolic rate. Maybe, you know people that are sitting on the coach whole day long, eating every kind of food but they don’t get any additional mass. This is because their metabolic rate is working quick and burns the calories that they obtain from the food. Some of you must be wondering why they are still getting weight while having a correct diet and the calories they consume are lower than usual. This is because your diet is not improving your metabolism’s rate. You may have noticed when you are starting a diet you actually lose some kilograms in the first days but after a week or two you start putting on weight again. Because of the lower calories you get, your metabolic rate has begun working slowly and you can’t absorb even the small number of calories. I bet you are wondering “how to increase the metabolic rate then?”

The answer is pretty simple: you need to “trick” your metabolism rate to make it work better. When you are on a normal diet plan your metabolism’s rate will be normal also. As I mentioned above, if you lower the calories your metabolism will start working slowly too. But here is the key. Right after you decrease the number of calories you should get back to the normal amount of calories. In result your metabolism rate will be confused and start working better while burning more calories than usual even if they are less.
The calories shifting plan must be followed about eleven days. You don’t have to restrain from vegetables, fruits and so on. Simply, you can eat whatever you want, but keep the calories number under the limit. The results can be slow, depending on your metabolism rate, but weight lose will be increased with the amount of time. You can lose up to 9 kilograms in a single cycle, but anything above is unhealthy.

This is a nice resume of the Calorie Shifting Diet. I only disagree at one point: you shouldn’t stop at only 11 days.
Dieting in general is not a permanent solution for weight loss. But it is a short term solution and has its own side effects such as deficiency of important nutrients in body.
I am a strong supporter of loss weight through controlled balanced diet and its results too are long term without any side effects.
I am using the calorie shifting technique for several years now and I experienced that you can avoid the feared rebound-effect if you continue controlling your diet and not falling into the bad eating habits again.
