More and more people are taking the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program, and as there have been many who have found favorable results, many have also found fault in it. Below are some of the complaints of consumers, and my suggestions on how to get the most out of the program.
• It’s hard to drink all that water – the program requires you to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day, but it doesn’t mean you have to do it in one sitting. Try to drink 2-3 glasses per meal and one or two in between meals and you would achieve this goal.

• I can’t eat all these eggs – The program would automatically make you eat more eggs IF you don’t choose enough protein-rich foods like meat or fish. Eat more meat.
• I often feel tired – This may be because of lack of water intake. Give your body a few days to adjust to the program, too.
• I can’t eat more than 2-3 meals a day because I’m full – Try taking smaller but more frequent meals instead.
• I lost less than 9 pounds in 11 days – losing pounds still vary from person to person, but if you lose 1 pound per week, that is still considered a good result.
