How to get your body fat below 8%

Submitted by on September 9, 2010 No Comment

Cardio workout routines are somewhat difficult to achieve by the majority of people. This is why experts have come out with other ways to get that fat out of your body. Cardio done in the right way is an excellent way to lose weight but since it is not done correctly it is not effective. The cardio workout training that is next is the best way to get the fat in your body at a one digit percentage.

1. You should not eat anything with a high amount of calories with 4-5 hours before your workout.

If you need to lose a fairly big number of kilograms it is ok to eat a very light meal before the workout but if you want to set your body fat to 8% then you do not have that privilege. You need to make your body lose those percentages left and if there is no food energy to take he will be forced to eat up your fat reserves to produce the energy that it needs. Muscles will not be lost because they are preserved and even consume more fat to sustain themselves.

2. You should have 10-15 minutes of intense workouts during the training.

An intense workout means that you are working harder for several minutes to force your body to release a big amount of fat as compared to the slower speed cardio that expends this newly released fat and that’s why you should alternate the fast pace trainings with slow routines.

3. Do a 20-30 minutes training at a steady pace.

After your fast paced intense workout you need to slow down and consider walking at a fast pace at some gym machines and don’t over work yourself but be sure the pace is a little faster than normal. If you can you may do this for more than 30 minutes because the more time you spend the more those fatty acids will be kicked out from your body.

4. After you are done do not eat for the next hour.

Even after two hours since you stopped your body is still burning fat and the substances released in your body will cease their action if you start eating after you finish your workout because the insulin levels increase rapidly. To have the best results from your training you should avoid eating for at least one hour after it and I guarantee this cardio routine will be effective and you will be content.
