The diet session is not an efficient way to cut lose the weights. None can reduce weights by dieting. The only effective way is to take the proper foods. Proper foods can achieve one a healthier body and slimmer figure. Few of the low calorie foods for healthy body are:

2. Non fat Yogurt.

It is an effective food that burns 35 calories per 100grams of it. As per the research this food alone can help in both fat metabolism and reduction of cholesterol at the same time if 2-3 glasses are taken daily.

3. Broccoli.

This is an efficient food that can burn up to 33 calories per 100 grams of it. This is one of the most effective foods that contain a lot of nutrients mainly the proteins, carbohydrates, fats, minerals, vitamins, carotene etc. this is the most effective vegetable that also contains high fiber which assists in reduction of glucose absorption by stomach and also lowers the blood pressure.

4. Lentil.

It burns about 50 calories per 100 grams of it. It contains effective nutrients such as proteins, fiber, folic acid, vitamin B1 etc. it is very rich in iron which makes it the best low calorie food among all to reduce the fats.

5. Egg White

A single Egg White burns 17 calories of the body. It is very rich in protein. As revealed by the experiments, egg white is very effective in absorbing the sugar from the body thus lowering it and also controls the hunger. But it is not recommended to eat egg white with butter as butter contains a lot of fats which is harmful to health and damages the health plan.
